Action Needed for October 2025 Appointments and Beyond:

Please confirm or cancel your appointment as Dr. Rabin moves out-of-network as of October 1, 2025

Key updates:

  • As you know from the previous emails we've sent, Dr. Rabin will be Out-of-network with all insurance plans, including Medicare, starting October 1, 2025

  • For the month of October, 2025 in-office visits are $200 (our out-of-network fee); if that isn’t feasible for you, please cancel and arrange care with a new provider; we have no open September appointments.

  • If you have already joined the modern menopause membership program, your October visit may be counted as one of the four visits you get each year!

  • Ultrasounds and minor procedures have their own additional fee

  • Labs and prescriptions remain covered by your insurance as usual

  • Beginning November 1, 2025, no in-office gynecologic care; (office time is limited to hormone pellet therapy and MonaLisa Procedures exclusively).

What to do now

  • Please reply to confirm or cancel your October 2025 appointment

  • Cancel all appointments on or after November 1, 2025 unless they are for pellet therapy or MonaLisa

  • Please send us the name, address, and fax number of your new women's health provider. This could be your primary care doctor or a new OB/GYN. We need this information to send your records. You can check out some OB/GYNs we've worked with over the years at: www.menopause1.com/recommendations

Ongoing care option

  • Dr. Rabin is transitioning to a telemedicine-only, video visit model focused on menopause and hormone therapy through his membership program, Modern Menopause. Learn more and enroll now at www.Menopause1.com

  • Membership is required for any/all ongoing care.

  • Hormone pellets therapy and the Mona Lisa, touch procedure will still be performed in the office and credits towards those procedures are included in the yearly membership fee.
