Appointment Scheduling Policy

• September 2025: No more appointments are available.

• October 2025: Out-of-network only.

  • $200 per visit

  • $100 additional for ultrasound

  • Procedures individually priced

  • Charges will still go to your insurance plan in case you have out of network benefits

  • Labs and prescriptions will still be covered by your insurance as before based on your individual policy

  • Current modern menopause program members can schedule telemedicine visits throughout the month of October 2025

• November 2025 and beyond:

  • No gynecology visits (this means no annual exams Pap smears visits biopsies ultrasound checks for infections)

  • Exclusively telemedicine video visits for modern menopause members only. Managing menopause treatments, prescriptions, lab reviews, troubleshooting, and other wellness issues related to the menopausal phase of life.

  • Office visits are limited to Hormone Pellet Placement and Mona Lisa Touch Procedure (for genitourinary syndrome of menopause, vaginal dryness, and related symptoms)
